Shipping Methods and Rates:
We offer standard shipping methods with a flat rate: $5.99 + $3 for additional items per order. We do not charge tax for shipping. Total shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Order total above $100 will get free shipping.
Order Processing/Handling Times:
We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Returns & Exchanges
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We only accept for return in following reasons:
- Faulty Item Received: If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to our email along with your order number. We’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
- Wrong size/Wrong design received: If you’ve received the wrong size/wrong design, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size was selected by our customers when they place the order without reading the size guide and description carefully. In cases like those, we only offer discount code 20% to next purchase because we notify very carefully in tittle and description.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.
Just let us know with a picture of it and we’ll be there to get it done for you.
How to Return an Item
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you need to contact us and send the proof of the problem at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive confirmations and return guide.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1572 Roseytown Road, Greensburg, PA 15601, United States
- Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items cannot be returned. If the personalized items got faulty, wrong size or design which cause by us. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and you are going to receive the replacement items without any fee.
How to Exchange an Item
- We only accept for exchange within 24 hours from order place
